Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Policy
Yassine Products ships orders from Morocco to customers around the world. This policy explains where we deliver, what shipping costs, how long delivery takes and what to do if there is a problem with your parcel.
Where we deliver
We deliver to most countries worldwide. We do not deliver within Morocco: customers in Morocco can order from our Moroccan store at yassineproducts.ma.
Free shipping and exceptions
Standard shipping is free worldwide, except in the countries listed below.
- United States: orders are delivered by DHL. A DHL shipping charge applies and is calculated at checkout.
- Australia: Standard Shipping is free for most products; a charge applies to some products and is shown at checkout. Fast shipping is also available for an additional charge.
- Norway and Greece: only Fast shipping is available, for a charge calculated at checkout.
Customers in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada and the United Arab Emirates can choose free standard shipping or Fast shipping for an additional charge.
Shipping charges are calculated per order, based on the products in your cart and the delivery country, and are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 0–3 business days.
- Standard shipping usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carriers and tracking
Standard shipping is sent with Poste Maroc and includes tracking. Orders to the United States are delivered by DHL. Once your order has shipped, we send you the tracking number by email, and you can follow your parcel on the carrier's website or on Parcelsapp.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility.
Orders to the United States: DHL may ask you to pay a small customs or import fee on delivery. This fee is set by U.S. Customs and DHL, not by Yassine Products, and is usually no more than US$20.
Parcels that are refused or abandoned because duties, taxes or fees were not paid are handled as described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Address details
Please check your shipping address before you pay. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional costs or delays.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us. We will check the tracking with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover any return shipping for damaged items.

Refund & Return
Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges and damaged items are handled for orders placed on yassineproducts.com.
Return window
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with any seals intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, oils, soaps, herbs, spices and incense cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
How to request a return
- Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm your return and send you the return address.
- Pack the items securely and send them with a tracked shipping service.
- Once we receive the items, we inspect them and let you know whether your refund is approved.
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded in full for the price paid for the returned items.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable, except when an item was damaged, faulty or incorrect.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
- Refunds are issued through PayPal to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, and we will cover any return shipping.
Exchanges
We replace items that are damaged, faulty or incorrect. To exchange an item for a different product, return it under this policy and place a new order.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they ship, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy.
Refused or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we refund the price of the items once they arrive back, minus the original and return shipping costs. If a parcel is destroyed or abandoned in customs because duties or fees were not paid, no refund can be issued.
